Complaints Policy and Procedure
Blackpool Carers strives to provide the best service we possibly can. However, we know that there may be times when we do not meet our own high standards. When this does happen we want to hear about it, deal with the situation as quickly as possible and put measures in place to stop it happening again.
We take complaints very seriously and we treat them as an opportunity to develop. This is why we are always very grateful to hear from people who are willing to take the time to help us improve. We always thank people who contact us about their problems, concerns or worries.

We welcome carers and visitors to Beaverbrooks House during weekdays, and at weekends when we regularly hold fundraising and information events.
There is a bus stop right outside and we have free parking available for visitors in our car park at the rear of the building
Our opening times can vary from early morning to late evening.
Please contact us on 01253 393748 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to check opening times for a specific day.
