Carers’ Community Navigator
Out and about in the Blackpool area, you will be a vital lifeline for local carers. Your mission will be to connect with carers in the heart of their communities, helping them access the vital support, advice, and resources they need. If you are a proactive communicator, passionate about community outreach, and determined to ensure no carer is left isolated, this role is a fantastic opportunity.
