This group is open to all carers supporting someone with mental health challenges and/or substance misuse issues. It provides a safe, welcoming, and non-judgemental space where carers can come together to share experiences, gain support, and connect with others who understand the unique challenges of the caring role.

There is no pressure to speak if you do not wish to; many people find it helpful simply to listen and be among others who understand.

Whether you are new to caring or have been providing support for many years, you are welcome to attend. We look forward to bringing carers from both groups together to create a stronger, more inclusive peer support network where everyone can feel heard, supported, and valued.
