Music Aloud Carers Choir

Young and adult carers are welcome to join our Carers Choir with our wonderful visiting tutor, vocal coach and professional singer, Irene Phillips.
It is important to realise (as with all of our respite activities) that skill and ability are not what we are aiming for. The most valuable thing that the singing offers is an hour of complete escapism and relaxation, whilst concentrating very hard!

Chair-based Exercise, Tai Chi and Meditation Drop-in Session

Advice is available from attending members of the Adult Support Team and also Healthier Minds NHS Mental Health Support (formerly Supporting Minds).

Wellbeing Afternoon

Take your pick either inside or outside, it’s up to you!

Join our gardening group for a spot of weeding and pottering in our community garden, or enjoy the peace and quiet in the woodland area. If you don’t fancy gardening, you can try your hand at one of the many crafts we have on offer. It’s never too late to learn a new skill!

Everyone is welcome. We always have a cuppa and there is often cake!
