Just a warm room, a hot drink, and a chance to catch your breath.\nWhat to expect:\n\nGood Company: Meet and chat with other local carers who truly understand the ups and downs of the role.\nTime to Unwind: Enjoy a selection of teas, coffees, and treats in a calm, welcoming environment.\nA Helping Hand: Our friendly team will be on hand if you want a casual chat about our other support services, but there’s absolutely no pressure.\n\nThis is a space just for you.
